1. Services and Treatments

Non-Refundable Services: All professional services, including but not limited to Facials, Microneedling, Plasma treatments, and Fibroblast, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Guaranteed Results: While we use cutting-edge technology to ensure professional outcomes, individual results may vary based on skin type and post-treatment care.

2. Retail Products

Skincare Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
Defective Items: If a product is defective, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange.

3. Cancellations and Appointments

We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of a deposit.
